Maxwell Consulting S.r.l. declares that access to the site and / or registration to the various sections of it and / or any requests for information or services and / or interest in staying up to date on events and services offered, require the provision of personal data that will be processed in full compliance with GDPR. Through this information the users will be able to know, in a preventive way, the methods of treatment.

e) to allow the Data Controller to transfer the user’s personal data for marketing purposes to companies directly or indirectly attributable to Maxwell Consulting S.r.l., affiliates or partners, of Maxwell Consulting S.r.l. Legal basis: consent Art. 6.1.a GDPR.


4. Methods of treatment

Processing of data means “any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, communication, dissemination, interconnection, blocking, erasure, destruction and selection of data”.

The Personal Data will be processed manually or in automated form, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, through the Data Base, the electronic platforms, managed by Maxwell Consulting S.r.l. or by joint controllers appointed according to agreements and third parties appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR and/or integrated computer systems and/or websites owned or used by Maxwell Consulting S.r.l.

The Owner has adopted appropriate security measures to protect users against the risk of loss of the data collected, abuse or alteration of the same. In particular: it has adopted security measures in compliance with current regulations and uses the secure protocols for the transmission of Data as HTTPS. In addition, it stores user data on servers located in the national territory. Servers are subject to an advanced and daily system of backup.


5. Treatment duration

The communicated data are kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes, referred to in paragraph 3 above, for which they are processed, or for a longer period, for purposes permitted by law, and, however, without undue delay will be deleted upon exhaustion of the aforementioned purposes.

7. Nature and methods of providing Personal Data of users

The provision of personal data is optional, but failure to provide it will not allow the processing of the request by the Owner. The provision of Personal Data may be done by filling in the appropriate fields, in the dedicated sections of the Site or, if you prefer, by sending requests by email.
